AUSTRALASIA'S BATTLESHIPS BELAYED. By Telegnpfi—Press Ateociatlon—Oopyrlsfc* London, February 29. Mr. Winston Churchill, First Lord of the Admiralty, answering a question in tho House of Commons by Mr. A. H. Burgoyne (Unionist), said the delay in the delivery of tho armour plates for the battleships New Zealand and Australia was attributable to the contractors' unforeseen difficulties. Ho added that the dates of completion of the shipß could not bo forecasted.
