SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications are for moderate and variable winds, easterly breezes predominating, with warm and humid conditions. Scattered local showera and probable electrical disturbances. Little movement of the barometer indicated at present. Warm and humid condition! have prevailed, with misty and oloudy weather rencrally and showery in parts.
