The other teams, although they did not win the respective championships, all had a very enjoyable season. Arrangements are being made to procure an up-to-date gymnasium for training purpose-s this year. In October last several coinniitteemeii leased— for a term of 12 months—an excellent clubhouse and grounds, near Pareinata, and much pleasure and benefit has been derived by members who have patronised same. The club's total membership is as follows:—100 active, 47 honorary, 2S life, and 11 retired.

Messrs. A. B. Wilson and G. F. Jl'KolInr, t-.vo members of the Management Committee, and of long association Willi the club, have left Wellington since the last annual meeting. Messrs.. loner and Lambert were appointed to fill their places on the committee.
