PRIZES FOR " FREEZERS."
KEPOBT BY LONDON JUDGE. Palmerston North, February 28. The secretary of the Manawatu A. anil P. Association has just received from the London judges the results of. the freezing class which was exhibited at the November show. Tho class was for five fat lambs to bo bred from one flock, and most suitable for freezing anil tho London market. Tho first prize was secured by Mr. G. E. Elliott, of Longlauds, Hastings; The following report of the exhibit lias also been forwarded:—"Splendid quality; short legs well finished, nice size, and full of meat." Mr. Elliott also secured second prize, (he judges renprting on tho flue quality of the short legs which were well covered and very meaty. The third prize has fallen to Mr. Basil Thomson, of Awahuri. The report in this case is: Very fine quality short legs, and well finished. The other exhibits were also of a fine qualify, .
