PEACOCK MURDER TRIALS END. By Telegraph—Fresa Association-Copyright (Reo. February 29, 0.5 a.m.) Melbourne, February 23. Dr. Peacock has been acquitted of the charge of murdering the young woman Mary Davics, whom, it was alleged, he had killed while performing an illegal operation, subsequently destroying the body. i This is the third trial of Dr. Peacock, the juries in tho two previous trials ha\> ing failed to agree.
