The following are among tho principal items of business of interest reported (to the Wellington Law .Society) to have received attention at tho hands of tho New Zealand Law Society, m.:- . (a) Mr. P. 11.. D. (d) Peripatetic Court ol Appeal: A suggestion from Auckland was considered on the question of remodelling the constitution of tho Court of Appeal by tho establishnieut of a Peripatetic Court consisting cf three Judges of the Supremo Court selected periodically, who would visit various districts. The Wellington Council, however, wn» nf opinion that tho Court should continua to sit in Wellington, but continuously! and that the Bench should not be limited to three.
