TO-BAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for The Domixion.l
TUESDAY. Roast loin of mutton, Potatoes. Stewed brown onions. Roly poly jam pudding.
ROLY POLY JAM PUDDING. Half pound (lour, Jib. suet, 1 level teaspoonful baking powder, a pinch of salt, cold water to mix, raspberry jam. but the (lour, salt, and baking powder into a basin; shred and chop the suet and mix it with tho flour.' Make a well and mix to a stiff paste with cold water, 'l'urn on to a board, work out the cracks, and roll out about thick. Spread with raspberry jam. Wet tho edges and roll up. Tie' up tightly in a dry pudding cloth, put into boiling water, and boil 2 hours. Turn out and serve.
FOII TO-MORROW. Two lb. fillet of steak (cut 2in. thick). Forcemeat. Cauliflower. Pears. Essence of vanilla. Carmine. Jelly. Half pint cream.
