LIVE STOCK SALES.
Messrs. Dalgcty and Co., Ltd., report as follows on the annual stock sale at l'orirua, which was hold yesterday in Mr. P. Jfnngavin's yards:—Wo had a very good yarding of sheep, consisting mostly of ewes, and wo were successful in disposing of every hoof in the yards. The following prices were realised:—Ewes, f.f.m. to f.m., 7s. 3d. to 10s. 7(1.; culls, 2s. 3d. to 3s. 10d.; forward ewes, 10s. 7d.; wethers, two-tooth, 7s. 9d.; four-tooths, 12s. lid.; lambs, 7s. 3d.; Itomney rams, 1 to 2 guineas.
