Cook these over the lire, stirring continually until the panada begins to thicken; tuul leaves the sides of the stevpan. Take it oft the fire, add the sugar, and beat in tlie yolks of eggs one at a time. Whisk the white of eggs to a stiff froth, and add lightly to the other ingredients. I'ut the mixture in the prepared tin, cover with greased paper, and steam gently about fifty minutes. Turn out, nnd serve with orange sauce. OEAKGFi SAUCE. Two yolks of eggs, juice of two oranges, 2 tabieswoonfuls castor sugar. I'ut all tho ingredients into a small stowpan, and whisk them over a gentf!: heat until they bocomo thick and frothy.
