APPEAL DISMISSED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. February 23, 9.40 p.m.) Sydney, February 23. The appeal against the conviction of the man Moir for murdering Mr. Henry Trevascus, the metallurgist, at the Globe in November, on the grounds that the So-licitor-General's address contravened tho Crimes Act by commenting on the fact that tho prisoner had refrained from giving evidence on oath in his own behalf, was dismissed.
