SUMMARY AND FORECAST
Present indications are for moderate to strong westerly -"winds, 'the weather oloudy and unsettled at times, with showers and squalls in ports, and especially about, Oook and Foveaux .Straits. and in the northernmost districts. The barometer is very unsteady, a temporary riee taking place in the south. Hoderato to strong westerly windß have predominated, with an unsteady barometer. Itain ha 3 fallen on the West Coast ami southernmost districts, and showers at times elsewhere, with changeable conditions generally. D. 0.
