The rc-trial of Dr. Peacock, charged with the murder of the girl Mary Davies, on whom it is alleged lie performed an illegal operation wilh fatal results, afterwards burning the body, has ended. The jury has again disagreed, as in the first trial, and Dr. Peacock has been discharged. A new trial has been ordered to begin on Monday. MR, HARRY RICKARDS'S ESTATE. Sydney, February 22.
