OIL TANK VESSELS.
LARGE NUMBER ORDERED. Ny Telesraph—Frcee Associativa—CoDTT!e"> London, February 21. The Liverpool "Journal of Commerco" announces that orders have been placed with north-east yards for the construction of twenty-one oil-tank vessels, adapted for tho consumption of oil or coal. The vessels to be built include eight 15,000-ton boats and eleven of 9000 tons.
