Later. Sandt is safe. He reached the Canadian shore, and started on his return journey, when tho engine of the aeroplane stopped and the machine overturned. Sandt fell unconscious, and snow had covered him on the frozen lake before he was rescued. He was saturated with blood from many cuts. Two boys saw tho accident and brought aid to Sandt, who is recovering. Ho crossed Lake Brio in thirty-four minutes.
