VAST DEVELOPMENT SCHEMES. By Tclecrarh—l'resa Association—Cooyrlehi Vancouver, February 21. The M'Brido Administration is planning an extensive railway scheme to develop the northern interior of British Columbia, where vast mineral and agricultural resources only await transportation. Tho Alberta Government has decided to open tho hinterland of Alberta, where millions of acres of land will be available for settlement. Tho provincial olection is to be fought in British Columbia on Mr. M'Bride's railway policy.
