,A REVELATION IN PROCEDURE,
Br ToJecraph-Prese Assoclslion-Ooprriehi Sydney,' February 21. Mr. Wade declares that the Speaker's action with regard to the cousuro motion was a revelation to students of procedure. He accused tlio Government of sheltering behind the Speaker, whom lie termed their august master.
Sydney, February 21. In tho Assembly, the Savings Bank Amalgamation Bill and the State Coal Miners' Bill were re-introduced at the stage where thoy were interrupted last session.
NEW CENSURE MOTIONS. (Ree. February 21, 8.45 p.m.) Sydney, February 21. In place of yesterday's lapsed motioa the Government i 8 now faced with two motions of censure. As soon as the Assembly met Mr. Levien gavo notice of his intention to move to-morrow that the Speaker (Mr. Willis) does not possess the confidence- of the House. This announcement was greeted with Opposition cheers. A few minutes later, Mr. Wade, Leadci of the Opposition, gave notice of his ill' tention to move to-morrow that tho Government does not possess the conudenct of the House. Mr. Wndo declined Mr. M'Gowen's suggestion to proceed with the debate tonight. After formal business, tho Assembly adjourned ponding the censuio debates to-morrow.
STATE IRONWORKS. (Roc. February 21, 8.15 p.m.) Sydney, February 21. Tho Cabinet has appointed Messrs. Hoiman (Attorney-General), Mr. Griffiths (Minister for Public Works), and Mr. Heeby (Minister for Education) as a specittl committee, (o inquire into the establishment of State ironworks.
