Mr. J. C. Burns, first assistant-master at Mount Cook Boys' School, has received advice that he. has passed his M.A. examination, with honours in Political Science.
Mr. A. K. Burns, 8.A., headmaster of the Carterton District High School, has passed for his M.A.. degree.
Mr. J. E. Cnddick, of the teaching staff at Nciytown School, has passed his examination for the M.A. degree.
Mr. ,T. P. Trelawnev, the Australian managing , director of the P. and 0. Company, was a passenger from Sydney to Auckland by the Morea on Friday.
