Either to-morrow or Wednesday, the turret steamer Koromiko will leave Wellington for Napier with the remainder of her cargo of Newcastle coal. . From Pieton the New Zealand Shipping Company's Rnknia proceeded to Waitara. She is due at Wellington from the latt?r port on Thursday. Her subsequent movements have not been announced.

The New Zealand Shipping Company's steamer Otaki, which arrived from Sydney yesterday, is to remain at her anchorage in the stream for some days, when it is anticipated that loading will begin.

Having finished her work in Cook Strait, the Government steamer Hincmoa returned to Wellington on Saturday morning. This week the vessel will be placed on the Patent Slip for annual overhaul. She afterwards leaves on her periodical trip to the northern lighthouses.

The coastal steamer Moa comes off the Patent Slip this morning.

It was announced that llw Rosamond would leave Wellington for Pieton, Nelson, New Plymouth, and Onehunga today. Her departure has, however, been postponed until to-morrow at 5 p.m.

About Wednesday or Thursday next the Union Etsnnier Taviuni will arrive at Wellington to load sheep for Lyttelton. A shipment oT 43,000 feet of timber, con-, signed !o Messrs. Easson, Ltd.. was brought across from Haveloek to Wellington by the Wairan this trip. A Union steamer, supposed to be the Itakanoa, pa.sscd through Cook Strait on Saturday afternoon.
