ALLEGED FALSE RETURNS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Cape Town, February IG. Penlerick, an ex-managor of the East Band mine, has been committed for trial on a charge of misstating the amount of gold recovered during tho first half-year of 1911, and also for stating that 1700 ounces woro derived from milling, whereas they were obtained from cyaniding.
