Armstrong presiding, ffho loliownig committee was elected for the ensuing yeari-Messrs. H. 11. Armstrong, ' LBflilhe- (Carterton), W. 11. .TacksoDj J. Sellars, and J. IT'lvenzie; auditor, Mr.Jarrett; secretary, Mr. H. N. iiodilmgton. It was decided to have the registered under the Incorporated Societies' Act, The secretary was instructed to apply to the Minister for Jfailwavs lor a reduction in the freight on eggs. Mr. J. \V. .lessen, the circle's agent in Wellington, was complimented upon the splendid manner in which ho had conducted the business. The annual "treat" in connection with the Lansdowne School was held to-<lay.
