Deferred telegrams may only be accepted for transmission from Kew Zealand to any country in the Extra-European Regime (including Senegal) if the charge for ordinary telegrams is not less than tl.'d. per word, unless special arrangements have been made for acceptance at n lower rate.

The terminal and land submarine cabin transit rates for deferred telegrams shall be respectively one-half the. rales charged for ordinary telegrams.
