PROMENADE COLLAPSES.

Forty-five schoolboys were walking on a promenade in the town of San Remo, which had been weakened by rain, when it collapsed. Thirty of the boys were- engulfed. Five were killed, and eight aro in a critical condition. The accident is attributed to tho boys marching in step.
