BARS OR NOT?
AT AUCKLAND EXHIBITION. (By Telccraph-Press Association.) Auckland, February 15. In view of the forthcoming exhibition, which is to be held in Auckland, the Prohibition ami Temperance League Inis resolved to inquire whether momliers of the present Licensing Committee, if reelected, would vote against granting licenses at the exhibition if-applied for. If members will not do so, arrangements will be m:\do by the league, to secure Hie nomination of candidates opposed to lie granting of such licenses.
