TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for The Dohinioh.l
FRIDAY. Uoilcd schnnpper. Lobster sauce. Potatoes. Stuffed tomatoes. Sussex pudding. SUSSEX PUDDING. One pound plums, four ounces Demerara .sugar, half pint water, one pint milk, half ounce gelatine, one ounce and a half castor sugar, rind of one lemon (thinly peeled). Put the plums, sugar, and water into a saucepan, sinimcv thorn until tender, and rub thorn through a hair sieve. Put the milk, sugar, and lemon rind into another saucepan, and bring them up to tile boil. Draw the pan from the fire, add. the gelatine a sheet at a time, and stir until the gelatine is dissolved. Put the plum puree in a glass dish, and when the milk is cold and just going to pet, pour it carefully over the fruit. Leave it to set and serve coW.
FOR TO-MORROW. Leg of mutton, cabbage, tomatoes, lemon. FOR SUNDAY. Seven or eight pounds of veal, forcemeat, ham, green peas, plums, pastry. FOR SUPPER, Eggs, aspic jelly, salad, ground cinnamon, two ounces ground almonds, icing sugar.
