rASSEXGERS AND CREWS DROWNED. By Telegraph—Prcs3 Association—Copyright Tokio, February 15. The steamers Rhohei Mam (757 ton*) and the Mori Maru (1788 tons), were sunk through a collision. Forty-six passengers and the crews of both vessels were drowned.
