THURSDAY. Mutton cutlets. Tomato sauce. I'otato cronuettes. CauHHower. Vig pudding. Cheese straws. I'IG PUDDING. Two teacupsful (lour, 1 tmiciipfnl sncl. 1 tcacnptiil sugar, 1 tcaciiplul milk, 1 ops, .', tciispoonftil carbonate of soda, 1 leuspGouful cream of tartar, .1-ieacupful figs, grated rind of half a lemon. Shred and chop Iho met finely, cut the fi','s into .-uiall pieces, dissolve the soda in a little warm milk, mix all the dry ii)gmli.\-its well, add p-js beaten, and milk and soda. Put into a well-greased basin, steam ior two and a half hours, and serve with sweet melted butter. FOR TO-MORKOW. Schnnpper. 1 tin lobster. Tomatoes, lib. plums. Gelatine. 1 lemon.
