BANQUET IN LONDON.

Sir George Rcid, High Commissioner for tho Commonwealth, said ho was looking forward to the day when every imported article would be labelled, "Made Within tho King's Dominions."
Sir J. W. Taverner, Agent-General for Victoria, deeJarcd that the time was ripe for an Imperial Parliament with Empire representation.
