A DIPLOMATIC TOUH.

Washington, February 11. In order to procure more accurate information of diplomatic problems affecting Northern, Central, and South America, Mr. P. C. Knox (Secretary of State) intends to make a five weeks' trip to the Spanish-American republics bordering the Caribbean Sea.
It is reported that he will attempt to settle the pressing questions in Cuba.
