» JUDGMENT CREDITOR'S OFFER. B> 'ieleeraph-Press Associatlon-Copyrlcht London, February 8. The Official Receiver considers' that Horatio Bottomley's proposal fails to provide a reasonable security. A judgment creditor for .£50,000 in June, 1911, agreed to accept 10s. in the pound in instalments to spread over a decade, and withdraw charges of fraud.
