MASTERTON SHOW.
Great interest is beinj manifested in the Jlastertou Show this year, by reason of tho iact that some of the finest stock in the Dominion will be exhibited. Tho grounds are in the very pink of condition. Since the last show a large number of detail improvements have been effected, and the Sohva'y Park is now a model show-grounds. Exhibitors are not slow to appreciate the arrangements made for the care of their stock, and Masterton now provides such splendid facilities that uo owner need have the slightest apprehension concerning his exhibits. It may U: mentioned that a. sum of .£IOOO is beins otfored in cash prizes, and this is spread over a largo variety of classes. The jumping competitions will, as usual, Ira a feature of the gathering, and for these substantial prizes have been offered. It is expected that anything between 15,000 and 20,000 people will patronise the charming Solway grounds this year, so that exhibitors will have tho satisfaction of knowing that their stock is being brought under the observation of the right class of people, and plenty of them.
