Tho troops will line the streets rnd occupy strategic points on the day of Mr. Winston Churchill's speech. They will bo disposed in such a way as to bo as little in evidence, as possible. Tho Lady Mayoress has appealed to the women of Belfast to use their influence in keeping the peace. ULSTER HALL ABANDONED. London, February 0. Both parties have abandoned tho use of Ulster Hall. ORANGEMEN RETURNING FROM CANADA. (Kec. Fobruary 7, 10.50 p.m.) Ottawa, February 7. Orangemen throughout Canada aro preparing to return to Ireland in large numbers to assist in the Auli-lloiiic Rule fight. ________
