Ltd., report as follow* on ilicir ?ale held at Otaki yesterday:— We liail a full yarding of both sheen and cattle, and made a total clear--aura at Hie following prices:—Sheep: 4 and 5-yciv ewes. 12s. 6(1.: 2-tooUi to 6tooth ewes, lis. 9d.: 2 and 4-tooth ewes, 12s. Id., 14.-. 2d.; -1-tooth wethers lis. sd„ I'*. lid.-, small owes and wethers, mixed. Bs.: cull lambs, 6s. 3d. Cattle: Ji-ycars steers, £5 12s. 6d.: 2-year steers, £3 10s.. £4 Ids.: 18-monllis steer*, £2 15s. to £3 65.; stare rows, £3 Ife. 6d.: forward cows, to £4 17s. 6d.; vearlinps,'.C2 155.: cow?, at drop, to £11 15s. Messrs. Balgcly and Co.. Ltd., report, having held their weekly sale at Waipuhurau yesterday, when they offered a. good yarding of sheep and a fair yarding of cattle to a good attendance of buyers. Kidding was spirited throughout, and prices realised were up to the late sale.
