Sylvester Home, Liberal M.F. for Ipswich, in an introduction to Mr. Jeremiah Macveigli's pamphlet on "Home Rule or Rome Rule," says a British Nonconformist cannot resist the establishment of ah Irish Government unless ho is prepared to repudiate tho self-reliance and self-control which have been the secret of the Free Churches' strength and prosperity.
