SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present indications are for moderate to strong westerly winds northward ot East Cape and Kawhia. and southerly and south-easterly winds elsewhere. Showery and changeable weather probable on all the East Coast, and unsettled elsewhere at times, but probably improving everywhere shortly. The barometer has a rising tendency, except about East Cane. The weather has been very warm and humid over the North Island, and cloudiness has increased generally with drizzling rain in the southern districts and on tho .liast Coast of the Soufn Jsland.
