MARRIAGE IN SAMOA.
« .. GERMANS AND NATIVES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Berlin, February 2. Dr. Solf (Minister for Colonies) has issued an order forbidding marriages of Germans. with natives of Samoa. Marriages already contracted will be treated as legal and the children thereof will be considered as Germans, but the future offspring of irregular marriages will be treated as natives.
