El Paso (Texas), February 1. Tho town of Judrez has been given over to riots anil looting. The garrison revolting secured possession of tho town. Eight persons were killed and inanv are dying.

Tho oivic heads were looked in the gaol and the criminals released. Several warehouses have been burnt.

Efforts are being made to dynamite the Customshouse, so as to secure the Government funds hidden in tho vaults.
