Each school will be entitled to send two delegates to the convention. . The annual scholars examination will be held in Julv. As only six scholars had competed in Grado I, it .was considered unnecessary to have a spesiial set of questions for those oror IS years. Itwasdccideil to make Grade I cover scholars 10 years and under 18, and only to have five grades instead of six as hitherto.
