The statute scholarships, stated the cbmtnittoe, "provides for the payment to a junior university scholar, by the Senate, of -£20 per annum,, in addition to the amount of tuition fees, and the Senate is therefore liable for the payment of the tuition fees. The attention of Senate ie directed to the fact that the junior univirsity scholars are nt present , allowed to enter the professional schools; in which, ease their tuition fees may amount to a much larger sum than for those taking the Arts or Science Course." ■ ■ .
