MONKS BUTCHERED.
TURKS ATTACK A MONASTERY. By Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright (Roc. January 31, 11.20 p.m.) Sofia, January 31. A Turkish, band attacked tho Bulgarian Monastery of the Blessed Virgin at Ishtib, and bound nine monks, whom they conducted to a church and thoro decapitated. The church was afterwards desecrated and the monastery iilundcred.
