Tho report of the Koyat Commission Which inquired into the trouble between the Speaker of tb.6 Legislative Assembly, Mr. Willis, and Mr. Robinson, bead of the Hansard staff, finds that Mr. Willis acted within his powers, and had good grounds for suspending Eobinson for insubordination in connection with certain letters he wrote to Willis. The report points out that Robinson la-bourcd under erroneous conclusions, and was denied under the new Parliamentary regulations opportunity of putting himself fully right with the Speaker.
