TENDERS. In the Estate of ARTIIUR MAY RICHARDSON, of Waipawa, Hotelkeeper, drceased. TENDERS are invited for the goodwill of the lease of "The Empire Hotel" at Waipawa and the Furniture therein, at one sum, to Close on MONDAY, the sth day cf FEBRUARY, 1912. The Lease will expire on tho 14th December, 1914. Rental (subject lo certain conditions), £47 13s. Id. monthly. The house contains 29 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on upper floor and 2 diningrooms, billiard room, private sitting and bedrooms, and Public Bars on ground floor. The Hotel is doing a large trade. The takings have averaged approximately £100 per week since the 7th October last, bt-ing tho date of the Trustees' possession. Stock-in-trade, bar fittings, and consumable stores at valuation.
