WELLINGTON CRUISING YACHTING L CLUB. - The third of the series of aggregate points races in tho Wellington Cruising Yacht Club was decided on Saturday. A fino breeze favoured tho competitors, all the yachts : carrying full fail. The start wasjnado at 2.45 p.m., the order being Whito Heather," Ronn, Ailsa, Windward, and Kotiri. The course -was to the Pinnacles Buoy and return, and the finishing limes were: White Heather (3min.), 4hr. 27min.. first; Ailsa (Drnin.), 'Hir. 41min.; Rona (scr.), 4hr. I2min. JiOsec.; Kotiri (lOmin.), Jhr. ■15min., third; and Windward (13min.), 4hr. llimin., s,econd. Tho points in the aggregate now stand: Ivotiri, 111; Windward, 10; Ailsa, 8; Rona 7; and White Heather, 7. At a meeting of the members of the club, held on Friday Inst, the hon. secretary whs the recipient of an afternoon teasot, being tho presentation made by tho club on the occasion uf his wedding, which is to take place this week.
