LYNCHED, THEN BEHEADED. By Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright Guayaquil, January 28. The rebel, General Petro Montrro, recently a popular hero, was captured on the 22nd, and lynched by tlio angry populace. The body was dragged through the streets, then beheaded and burnt.
