The dispute has been settled between France and Italy which was occasioned by Hie seizure of French vessels. It is officially stated that the FrancoItaliau incident bas been settled. The steamer Carthago convoys the Turkish doctors who woo aboard the Manouba, stopped by the Italian authorities, to Marseilles. • ■. TERMS OP SETTLEMENT^ (Ecc. January 2§, 5.5 p.m.) Rome, Jan'itry 27. France has undertaken to establish the identity of the Manouba's passengers. Mutters of principle involved in the seizure are to bo 'submitted to The Hague Tribunal. ' ■ ~ ANOTHER SEIZURE. (Rec. January 2S, 5.5 p.m.) • • Paris, January 27. The Italians seized the French steamer Tavigiiano off tlio Tunisian coast, and have taken her to Tripoli.
