THE GOVERNMENTS POLICY.

The Hon. Reginald M'Kenna (Home Secretary), who has inaugurated a "Welsh disestablishment campaign in tho Queen's Hall, announced that, subject to the existing life interests, the Government proposed to take away, endowments-to the extent of ,£131,000 per annum and devote the money to national purposes.
Suffragettes frequently interrupted him, and wero expelled.
