DAILY LABOUR PAPER.

Speaking at the annual conference of tho Labour party at Birmingham, Mr. Ramsay Mac Donald, M.P., announced that a company was forming with a capital of ,£150,000 to establish a daily Labour newspaper. Trade unions and other bodies have promised .£60,000. PARTY FUNDS FREED. (Roe. January 27, 0.25 a.m.) London, January 26. The Labour party conference at Birmingham has decided to vote the .£6OOO per annum saved to the party by tho payment of members of Parliament, towards the cost of a Labour newspaper,
Resolutions were carried in favour of the right to strike, and condemning the employment of the military in connection with strikes.
Until the Osborne judgment is reversed all trades unions are advised to defy the law.
