Herr Wiemar, the Radical leader, was defeated at Nordhausen. Tho state of parties is now as follows-— Soata. Centre ............. 93 Conservatives - 56 Polos, Anti-Semitos, Alsatians, Hanoverians, and Independents I 43 Total Government 197 Socialists 110 Liberals U Radicals .. 16 Total Opposition —— 200 The National Liberals hold the balance of power.
