Hoaly, of New Plymonth, to Mr. H. Adams, of Wellington; tho Royal George Hotel, Sussex Street, Sydney, New South Wales, to Mr. Waiter Lambonrne, well known in Wellington; Mr. H. Drewitt's interest in the Queen's Hotel, Christchurch, to Mr. Alexander Meharry, lato of Ilokitika; Mr. T. W. Watt's interest in the lease, goodwill, and furniture of the Post Office Hotel, Pahiatua, to Mr. M. Fitzgerald, late of Waipau.a; the lease and goodwill of the Royal Hotel, Groymonth, to Mr. M. Moynihan. late of Stratford; the lease, goodwill, nnd furniture of the Clarendon Hotel, Palnierston North, on account of Mr. James M'Ewen, to Mr. William Hallev, late ot the Marquis of Norinanby Hotel. Carterton; a large block of land in Petone to tile Wellington Cordage Company, Ltd., which they recently floated, and upon which the company have now erccted a large block of buildings for the factory. They also report the sale of a number of other sections in the locality to workers; the salo of the Marlborough Brewery and their freehold hotels attached on account; of Mr. Heifer, who purchased the assets of the old company, to a new Marlborough Brewery Company, Ltd., which has just been formed, composed mostly of Marlborough investors. They also report many inquiries from investors for good central rent-producing blocks in the city. Mr. John M'Glashan, teacher of violin, notifies that he will resume teaching at his rooms, Boulcott Chambers, on Monday next. Mr. W. H.
