Dalgety and Company, Ltd., for sale by public auction on Wednesday, January SI, at the Oddfellows' Hall, Stafford Street, Feilding, on account of the trustees of the late Duncan M'Konzie. The Cheltenham property, cousisting of 200 acres, is described a-s being all rich, level dairying land, situated close'to the Cheltenham Dairy Factory, find comprising some of the very best-dairying land in,the district. The property of ITG acres situated in the famous Sans3ii district, which is noted for its marvellous crops of ryegrass, is stated to bs 'an ideal cropping, fattening, or dairying farm. As the trustees <ue desirous of winding up the estate, they have decided to sell these Due properties. The terms, which have been slightly altered, are exceptionally easy, viz., ten per cent, on fall of hammer, ten per cent. in six months, fifteen per cent, in two years, and balance can remain for five years at five per cent, from date of sale. Messrs. Dalgety recommend those in search of first-class farming properties to make an imuiediite inspection.
