FRENCH CONDEMNATION. By Telecraph-Prcsa Aesociatlon-Oopyrishl (Rec. January 25, 11.15 p.m.) Paris, January 25. The Senate Committee's report on the Moroccan Agreement emphasises tho need of private enterprise to help the Governinent lo make the protectorate a success. It protests against the abuse of secret treaties, especially the appending of secret modifying clauses to public treaties.
